How it works

  • Seven Month Mentorships. This ensures we build a trusting relationship, and you allow yourself time to identify and work through any limiting beliefs or blockages that restrict you from living your best life.

  • All programs start with a complementary 2-hour strategy and exploratory session, where we identify obstacles and set desired goals. We will then go through the following steps:

  1. Identify limiting beliefs

  2. Strategies to develop patterns to overcome and manage the beliefs

  3. Plot the roadmap that reinforces the new patterns that will help you achieve your desired goals
